Another Quality Xelloss Release

Works with Win2000/NT/XP
Usage: Just extract the exe to the NTI CD&DVD Maker directory a
nd run it. The exe will tell you if it was successful or not (whe
n running from dos).
Info : This patch eliminates the nags and time limit.
Though I have not tested it, it might work with other versions of
CD Maker that use a similar SCD32.dll, the patch will automatically try a
nd find the proper locations to fix.
